Aerial photos can give your presentation or business the extra visual influence to achieve your goals, give your home a lasting impression on guests and a more valuable appeal, or have photographic records and evidence for future events or disasters.

Homeowners enjoy having an aerial photo of their home, farm, livestock, or land, to show to visitors and family. Use aerial photos for your personal or family archives in the event of fire, storm or other damage for insurance and rebuilding purposes.

Real Estate agents use aerial photos to show the entire outside structure of their listed properties. Property lines, driveways, and the surrounding area can all be viewed in one aerial photo, where it could take many trips in person and several ground photos to show the same areas.

Construction companies and contractors can use aerial photos to see the terrain and foliage at a possible job site. Use the aerial photos on large jobs to predict and view access and egress points of equipment to help minimize the obtrusive effects on the environment and the outside public. The aerial photos can give a "diary" of the construction job for progress reports, contract re-negotiations, or just some before and after photos for your client to hang in their new facility.

Insurance and financial companies can use aerial photos for initial and periodic value assessment of their customers' properties or areas of interest. Have the photos for post event damage assessment such as fires, tornados, floods, earthquakes, etc. on individual structures or large-scale events.

Disasters or events are sometimes possible to gain photos and video of while the event is occurring. With aerial photography the weather conditions play a large role in the ability to attain aerial photos and video. While we will not endanger photographers or pilots' lives we will work with you prior to and during an event to get material for your purposes as much as possible.



An aerial photo assignment starts at $150.00.

Several shots from many different angles will be taken for your selection of those you like.

Additional flight time is $80.00 per hour.

Multiple assignments per customer could be eligible for a discount.

The original digital files are also available for $150.00. This allows your unlimited personal use of the images. Commercial copyright use can be negotiated.
